Penny is from a small town in North Alabama and moved to Tullahoma in 2003. She raised her family in Tullahoma and has made many lasting friendships over the years. She moved to Moore County, TN in 2018 and is proud to call it home.
Penny has over 16 years experience assisting her clients in the community and surrounding areas. She is a full time agent. Penny is the Principal Broker of Bowen Signature Properties and together, he and her husband Jeff are owners of the brokerage.
Penny strives to broaden her education to best represent her clients at all times. In May 2022, Penny became a licensed broker. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors.
Penny is very knowledgeable and stays on top of the current market conditions from day to day. She stays up to date on the latest technology and education and utilizes it to market you as home as well as find you the perfect home to purchase.
Penny has assisted numerous buyers and sellers and their families throughout the years with the real estate process and treated them as her own family. Many of her clients are past clients and personal referrals which are her greatest accomplishments and achievements. Providing excellent customer service and helping others is her top priority.
Penny enjoys spending family time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She loves classic cars and attending classic car shows. Traveling with her husband is one of her favorite things to do as well as camping, going to concerts, going out on the boat and cheering on the Tennessee Vols.
